Warranty Scam Bought a used BMW here and paid almost 5K for an extended warranty. The vehicle also had a service plan that was still active. I brought it in for one Bought a used BMW here and paid almost 5K for an extended warranty. The vehicle also had a service plan that was still active. I brought it in for one oil change under the service plan, and there were no issues. Next oil change, they claim that there is over 3K worth of work that needs to be done and the bulk is not covered by this extended warranty. If you think you're getting anything other than the typical scams from used car dealers here. Think again. Don't buy the warranty, there is one line hidden in the contract under a section about electric vehicles that states NO SEALS OR GASKETS ARE COVERED!!! Let me tell you, that is about all that will ever fail in the ridiculously short coverage period of 48000 miles! Total ripoff. If you want to buy a car, I'd recommend another place, clearly no ethics here. More
