He is by far the friendliest and most sincere representative of ANY car dealer that I've experienced. He doesn't seem like a salesman though he certainly is professional in every way. My positive experience extends to the service department as well where I have had four cars serviced. My longtime service manager, Mr Ho, listens closely, insures that he understands my concerns, and calls with updates. Over the years he has been unwaveringly committed to resolving any issue with which he is presented. The technicians in the shop follow through to my satisfaction. Mr Ho and Mr Tillman personally exhibit a warm and engaging manner and work tirelessly to help make each visit a positive experience. I had a complicated recall situation combined with a issue on my 2014 BW X5 35 Diesel. Beaver Ho was outstanding, he worked with me, BMW USA and his service manager to not only remedy the situation, bu issue on my 2014 BW X5 35 Diesel. Beaver Ho was outstanding, he worked with me, BMW USA and his service manager to not only remedy the situation, but also brought my total cost of the repair to 800 dollars from well over 2600! I have been a BW driver for over 15 years and have NEVER received better service or support from any dealership or person. GREAT JOB! Also Jessica Eller is outstanding as a service manager and went to bat for me the customer in every interaction with BMW USA, leading to me the customer leaving very satisfied. More

I was extremely pleased with your personal attention to my needs when I arranged to bring our 2019 X3 in to have the rear-view camera recall issue addressed. Since we live more that 30 miles from the dea my needs when I arranged to bring our 2019 X3 in to have the rear-view camera recall issue addressed. Since we live more that 30 miles from the dealership, it makes it somewhat problematic for us to bring the car in for service, especially if it will take more than an hour or two. Your providing me with a loaner car, allowing me to go a meeting a few miles away from the dealership, during the 3-4 hours that you needed to have the car to install the required software update, was very much appreciated, as it allowed me to accomplish something useful during that time period. Once again, my interaction with the people at BMW of Sterling was above and beyond in terms of the personal attention and consideration provided to me. More

Sean Spicher is highly recommended as a service advisor In servicing my last 3 BMWs, I have dealt with multiple advisors over the last 10 years at this dealership and nearly every one was very good. He prides himself on good customer service and always with a smile. He is very personable and a joy to interact with. He has helped me with tires most recently, as I picked up a screw in one of my runflats. Once the tire was ordered and ready for installation, he had me in and out in only 1 hour! A painless experience getting my car serviced is my expectation for BMW and Sean has definitely provided that. I will seek him out every time I have a need for service. More
