I have been taking my BMWs to BMW of Sterling (now Sterling Motorcars) for several years and they do a FABULOUS job! I have never had issues with any service they have performed on my cars. I love the technology they use for providing status and also the videos of the inspection. Now that I live in Cincinnati, I will have to coordinate my service with family visits in NoVA...I don't trust anyone else to work on my car! Love the folks at BMW of Sterling!!! More

She addresses all my concerns about my vehicle and follows up with updates throughout the day via text or emails, which I appreciate greatly. Robin goes above and beyond to ensure I’m satisfied with the work that has been performed on my vehicle.
