Unbelievable Experience This is the most modern well laid out dealership I have ever been. The service department was fast and efficient. I then consulted with the service tech and ok'd the repair. I asked Shawn Spicher where I could get a cup of coffee since everything is shut down in the dealership due to the virus. After setting up the repair, he returned and took me to a local Starbucks so I could grab lunch and something to drink. That is unbelievable service. My BMW will be serviced at this dealership and when I buy a new one, I will start here. More

My recent experience getting my X5 serviced for a flat tire was outstanding. The repair was done when Sean said it would be and the vehicle was wiped down to sanitize the common touch areas, which I real tire was outstanding.
