I have own a lot of vehicles in my years and BMW is a fine machine, but what will keep me a loyal BMW customer is the service and, specifically, Beaver Ho. There is simply no comparison. My vehicle has had a number of issues, which would normally be an inconvenience to say the least, but the way Sterling BMW handles service makes it a non-issue for me. They are professional, knowledgeable and, above all, treat each appointment with a sense of urgency that conveys a genuine understanding of the value of my time. I don't think I've ever spent more than 20 minutes at the dealership unless I had questions, which are always answered to my satisfaction. There are many fine luxury vehicles available that offer similar performance and amenities, but BMW Sterling's Service Department, and Beaver Ho especially, make what would otherwise be a tough choice easy. More
