Beaver Ho is great but not the technicians Beaver was highly recommended to me by a friend and the BMW club. My experience working with him was great. He helped fix an injector issue with my F10 M5 and worked with my warranty company. The service technician however did a very poor job. They informed me my oil pan gasket was leaking, which they replaced. I was then informed they had to replace it again because it was leaking again. I finally picked up the car and drove home. Next morning, I started the car and there was a whining sound between 900-1300 rpm which was never present before. I drove it a few miles and got the engine oil level low message. I topped off oil with engine oil I keep in the car. I did not drive the car because I did not know what the problem was. Not only did the technician not top-off and check the oil level after completing the oil pan gasket job (twice), but they have also caused another issue. I took the car back in and was informed its the oil pump that is making the whining sound. I have no doubt that the oil level was low and it ran the oil pump dry (causing the sound). I do not know what engine damage may have occurred. This level of carelessness is unacceptable from a BMW dealer. They do not seem trained to work on M cars. More

Great Customer Care from the BMW Service Dept Sean, my Service Manager, was extremely patient, attentive, and professional. He helped me resolve an iDrive issue that persisted. Additionally, Sea Sean, my Service Manager, was extremely patient, attentive, and professional. He helped me resolve an iDrive issue that persisted. Additionally, Sean has been very accommodating to my schedule needs and has recommended (or gotten) a loaner car for me. Sean was able to connect me with Mike, the Shop Forman, who emailed me the successful iDrive settings to have my wi-fi working properly.
