Sean was really great in communicating with me and keeping me updated with service tasks performed by on floor mechanics with a real time text messages. I had a sunroof leak on a rainy day and secured an appointment within minutes. My service advisor John Aulbach was friendly caring and helpful! Went in to get my car serviced and John Aulbach was my Service Advisor. Great guy and super helpful. He were really transparent about everything; never felt like I was being taken advantage of, being up-s Service Advisor. Great guy and super helpful. He were really transparent about everything; never felt like I was being taken advantage of, being up-sold to, or pressured into getting anything done that wasn't necessary. It helps that the car is under warranty, but even if it wasn't, I'd pay out of pocket for the premium service and not having to deal with shady car shops. More
