Danny was the consumate professional in all regards. Norma and I had an appointment to look only and we drove away in our new X5 happy customers. Since the purchase date all my interactions with Sterling folks has been top notch. The Genius and the Brown Brothers have been very helpful. Tony, the parts boss, equally as helpful. When the cargo mat didn't fit thus not permitting the tailgate to close, he went the extra mile and found another mat that did fit. Danny actively listened to our requirements and took them seriously. We had a number in mind for the value of our 2016 Jeep Cherokee and were prepared to shop elsewhere if Sterling wasn't able to meet our goal. We think Danny knew that but it wasn't until the sales manager saw we were leaving that he gave Danny the thumbs up and the rest was easy due to Danny's knowledge and interpersonal skills. We performed a serious amount of research on the X5 and when Consumer Reports said it was "whisper quiet" we took that at face value. It has proven to be totally accurate.
