Eric is thorough, honest, and cares about good service and quality results. He always steers me in the right direction with any maintenance or repair issues. Shop does solid work and wants it to be right. Really excellent experiences and I’ll be back— feels to me like the dealership and service outfit is well run and has a solid service oriented culture. Dealer services come at a somewhat higher cost, but between the excellent service, available loaner vehicles, and work quality it’s been well worth it so far. Plus I’m hesitant to trust the big beautiful overcomplicated sensor monster to anyone else, who would likely charge me as much anyway because they loudly hate working on BMW’s. You know who you are! More

Traveling along I-66 over the past month we’ve gotten two bent rims and a spectacularly cracked windshield from rock that looked at BMW of Sterling! Traveling along I-66 over the past month we’ve gotten two bent rims and a spectacularly cracked windshield from rock that looked as big as an orange. The good news is, the windshield may have saved my wife’s life. The other good news is it took only a couple of texts to Sean to get everything resolved to perfection. He made sure all parts were available for quick turnaround, send over a quote for our insurance company (including the insurance discount) in a matter of minutes and personally received and returned our vehicle as soon as we arrived at BMW of Sterling.
