Elijah Beavers is my Service Advisor. He is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He exceeded my expectations. Before the scheduled appointment, I sent a text containing the items need professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He exceeded my expectations. Before the scheduled appointment, I sent a text containing the items needing replacement and repair. Upon arrival for the scheduled appointment, he reviewed the list and updated it as needed. He kept me well-informed of the progress, including sending me 2 videos from the service technician Ana, who also was very professional. When I returned to pick up my car, he took the time to review the list of items that were replaced/repaired and the associated costs on the invoice. He did this without rushing me. He arranged to have a BMW genius to respond to my questions. He also went above and beyond by cleaning the wheels after the 4 new tires were installed. Overall experience: 5-star. More

I purchased an X5 3 years ago and have had it serviced only by them. I drive out from Georgetown and it works. I get a loaner if I need it.
