I usually have great experiences working with Robert Harrell but my young son went to Eric Brown by mistake for an oil service and a tire balance and rotation. Eric then recommended an unnecessary fuel induction service for an extra $244 without my authorization and then said "he agreed to it". The records show that I am the owner of the car and all my contact information is tied to the car but they never contacted me to get my authorization. Eric dooped my son into agreeing to it by saying "it was going to be needed eventually". Yes, he would need a new engine eventually too! Very disappointed as this is demonstrative of everything that is wrong with getting a car serviced. They should never ask a kid and they should get pre-authorization from the OWNER first rather than trying to pad the bill because they see an opportunity to do so with a kid. Beware... More
