I would describe my experience at the service center as unprofessional. I brought my car into to the dealer for a warranty repair that was already pre-scheduled. While I was entering the service center my unprofessional. I brought my car into to the dealer for a warranty repair that was already pre-scheduled. While I was entering the service center my car showed another potential problem that the service center had witnessed. So my car was now being serviced for two different things. I dropped my car off as planned. I went to the loaner car front desk, I waited at least 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged to help me. I got the loaner and went on my day. Fast forward remember I dropped my car of Friday 1pm. I had called Saturday for an update. I was told my service advisor Marco that the window is being worked on and that coolant was being cleaned from the front engine area. I had ask what type of test were being done on my vehicle, he replied that they were pressure testing the system. I had ask if they did leak test with dye to ensure that nothing was wrong. The conversation continues. He became abrasive stating to me that I didn’t trust the dealership , in laymen terms “ I don’t think they know what they are doing. “ honestly the response of this service advisor was unprofessional. Marco was not informative with communicating. I had called the service center multiple times on occasion to Speak about my car, response al day. He then mentions that he had texted me an update. In fact that didn’t happen. Poor customer service as a whole. I at least expected respect. In the end it’s my car being serviced. I had ask to speak with service manager at that moment. The service manager Brian was made aware of his service advisor, he had let me know that he did come off rough. Of course it was back and forth with saying this part needs to be ordered still. My car was in the shop for a entire week. My entire encounter with my vehicle being serviced was terrible. I honestly do not trust this service center to work on my car any longer. My experience with BMW has been awful. I do not recommend anyone to come this shop. Take better care of your customers. More

I am always waiting last minute unfortunately, but Carlos who is my advisor was able to get me the help i needed in a timely manner and work around my hectic schedule. From pick ups, and drop offs and my man who is my advisor was able to get me the help i needed in a timely manner and work around my hectic schedule. From pick ups, and drop offs and my many questions he was always positive and had updates when i needed them. I really appreciate the effort put in by him and this dealership. More
I would have liked to give this dealership a 4-5 star rating but I can’t so I won’t. I purchased my x4 in September from out of state (TN) and here we are going in February and I still have no hard tags. rating but I can’t so I won’t. Yes I receive monthly temporary tags that I personally have to call the dealership for every single month in order to receive them. This is such huge inconvenience for me. There has been a few times I had to drive on expired tags. The purchase process was easy but as we know once the purchase is complete how things can be. I’ve tried contacting them to speak with a manager 3-4 times and the manager is never available for me, constantly giving me the run around or a salesmen telling me they are behind due to COVID. Unacceptable with so many months passing by. It seems as there is a issue that no one is communicating with me as to why I can’t obtain tags. Very dissatisfied as we know it was a costly purchase and these fees were included in my purchase price. If I could ship the truck back and purchase elsewhere I would. More
I choose 1 star because there isn't an option for zero stars. I got in contact with this dealership asking for a car I've been following for about seven weeks. During the last week of 2021, I contacted th stars. I got in contact with this dealership asking for a car I've been following for about seven weeks. During the last week of 2021, I contacted them. they had a Mercedes 2019 for 33K. If that car goes after Dec 31st, that would be one year older... Oh surprise! after my call, they changed the asking price to 38.5K. Don't waste your time at this dealership More
Sal Ufyani was fantastic in assisting us with the ordering, purchase and delivery of our X5 45e. He provided us with the opportunity to test drive several different models across the line we were co ordering, purchase and delivery of our X5 45e. He provided us with the opportunity to test drive several different models across the line we were considering. Upon deciding on the 45e, Sal clearly explained the options available and provided feedback as we configured our vehicle. He even found a mistake I had made and corrected for me! During our wait for the X5 to be build, he provided us with the order number then VIN so I could track the build on the BMW website. Lastly, he and the team at BMW of Sterling did a great job of delivering the 45e to us on the last day of the year! I’m very grateful for the service from Sal and the entire team at BMW of Sterling. Had a horrible experience at Sterling BMW located in Sterling, VA, USA. I reached the dealership at 630 AM via Uber to pick up my car that was delayed in service. I had to pick up the car early so I could got to work. It was 20 degrees Fahrenheit outside with a significant wind chill. The service advisor was rude and made me wait outside in the freezing cold and told me he would not let me in the building! I had to wait for 25 minutes. What was I going to do.. steal a car? This was a truly disappointing experience. I have owned 7 different BMWs all of which have been serviced at the BMW dealer. How can a luxury car company like BMW treat a paying loyal customer in this fashion? As a result of cold exposure I had multiple symptoms including heart palpitations and chest discomfort. As a physician, these symptoms hampered me in taking care of my patients for the rest of the day. I do not expect such substandard service from BMW of Sterling and will make sure that my friends, family and colleagues know about my experience. #BMW #SterlingBMW More
