I am shocked at how high the ratings are as we had a horrendously bad experience here about a year and a half ago. Scott Meyer gave me a quote for a car I wanted, when it came time to filling out the paperwork (this was my 2nd lease with BMW), the quote changed and increased by $200 a month. Needless to say, after going back and forth for a month, we wound up going to a different dealership (Competition BMW) that not only beat Scott's original quote, but included a sports package. I was so disgusted by the way I was treated by Scott and Don and am waiting for new management so my family and I can shop here again. More

This is going on my blog I have a Beamer. It's going on 15 years old. And sure enough, Takata airbags were installed in it and I received notice to make an appointment with I have a Beamer. It's going on 15 years old. And sure enough, Takata airbags were installed in it and I received notice to make an appointment with my dealer to have one faulty airbag replaced at no charge. Anyone familiar with travelling on the easternmost end of Sunrise Highway in summertime knows it is solid gridlock. Nevertheless, I made an appointment for 9 AM today (Friday) and started off early, determined to arrive on time in spite of it being the beginning of a full weekend of onslaught by tourists. After stopping and going too often to count, I arrived at BMW, Southampton and was ushered into the waiting room by a friendly receptionist. The area was actually a nook, complete with a varied array of comfortable seating, end tables, coffee tables, magazines, newspapers, television, cold water and freshly brewed coffee. Shortly after I made myself comfortable, a woman breezed in, turned on the television and proceeded to prepare a little table area that looked somewhat like a small computer desk. After setting up, she turned on a lamp extended over it and asked if I would like a complimentary manicure! I had to decline, because my arthritis makes manis and pedis too painful for me to endure but I thought it was a very nice surprise offer. She was very pleasant and engaged in conversation with everyone in the room. When I left, she was giving a manicure to one of the salesmen leaving me with the opinion that BMW must be a very nice place in which to work. I was called by an equally pleasant service man who had me sign papers and asked for my keys. He told me it would take approximately an hour to install the new airbag....in spite of the letter I carried which asked me to be prepared to wait as long as 3 hours. And he was right...I found my car right outside the door and was on my way home by 10:15 AM. To my surprise, the vehicle had been washed, vacuumed and fluid levels as well as the tires had been inspected....all complimentary. I had no cash on me so there was no opportunity for me to leave a tip for all the workers who contributed to my experience most pleasant. It has been a long time since I have been treated like royalty. Oh, I've never been monied but occasionally I have been in the company of the moneyed; so, I can readily identify the royal treatment when I see it. Everyone at BMW had succeeded in making me feel very special. Felt like I'd died and gone to heaven. Thank you, BMW! More
