The people I've worked with including Jax were very nice. The facility that you wait in is very comfortable. But it can take over an hour to get an oil change. Also one time I took my car there and paid a good amount of money to "diagnose" a broken headlight and the diagnosis was: if you give us a thousand dollars then we can actually diagnose which part of the headlight is broken.
