I have bought 2 cars from South Austin BMW and convinced my mom to get her first BMW 2 years ago. The service that they provide is amazing. The battery died on my car this week. I called the service departm my mom to get her first BMW 2 years ago. The service that they provide is amazing. The battery died on my car this week. I called the service department and asked about a replacement. They wanted me to bring my car in to ensure there weren’t any other issues. They gave me transportation to and from the dealer, did a complete inspection of my car, replaced the battery, and cleaned my car inside and out. I was only at the dealership for a few minutes but they were just as friendly and informative as always. I’m a customer for life! Thank you! More

Made contact with salesperson. Provided my information ( v.i.n. of trade in, mailing and email address ) and arranged to complete purchase. Numerous calls, text and emails later, still no purchase agreement even though salesperson stated many times they were sending said agreement. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! AND THE VEHICLE WAS WRECKED AND THEY ARE HIDING IT FROM CARFAX AND FIXING IT IN HOUSE SO IT DOESN'T GET REPORTED. More
