Buying a new vehicle is never an easy task, but after dealing with BMW of South Austin, specifically with Victor Pitts, I think I found my favorite place. Before driving out there, I inquired about a veh dealing with BMW of South Austin, specifically with Victor Pitts, I think I found my favorite place. Before driving out there, I inquired about a vehicle over the phone. That was my first interaction with Victor; he was very responsive, genuine, and honest. He also confirmed the car I asked about was avalible. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed by Victor, who offered me a tour of the vehicle and a test drive. Victor was very knowledgeable and understood my needs. You know, the next part, the negotiation; at that point, Victor introduced me to Britton (Sales Manager), a fellow veteran. We went back and forth until we agreed on a deal that benefitted both parties. The last part of the journey was the finance process with Heidi, a very joyful person who made the transaction quick and easy. After a few hours, I drove away on a new 2023 X3M Competition After my great experience, I recommend you ask for Victor so I can get you on the right car for you.
