What truly stood out was her ability to help me prioritize the multiple repairs needed on my 2010 128i. Faced with multiple indicated repairs, I was feeling unsure if it was time to sell or if I should repair the car. However, Jacqueline's knowledge and expertise shone through as she guided me through the process, helping me understand which repairs were urgent and which could wait. Her advice was super helpful as I decided on the best course of action. Jacqueline’s professionalism and genuine care for her customers are truly commendable.
