The BMW of South Austin service department is the best service department I have ever worked with. Calvin Medrano has completely raised the bar for what I expect in a service advisor. He is not only so kind, personable, helpful, and professional but he is extraordinarily effective and knowledgeable. He’s taken great care of our vehicle and every time we have called him with a concern, he has always been able to address it promptly. He goes out of his way to ensure we have the best service experience possible. I have truly never met a better service advisor. We have also been so impressed with the quality of the people who work on our car. Drew and Zach have both done a great job. Extremely knowledgeable and professional and we love the videos they send explaining everything. It feels like so much more transparency than other dealerships.
