David was very helpful when purchasing, and Gen was very helpful processing the refund for my wheel/tire warranty. We’ve now owned three BMWs, and I can honestly say dealing with Silver Spring was the best helpful processing the refund for my wheel/tire warranty. We’ve now owned three BMWs, and I can honestly say dealing with Silver Spring was the best of all of our experiences, for both sales, service, and owner support. I sold my last BMW because it had telematics issues that couldn’t be resolved, and at the same time the used car market was just too good to pass up selling it. But when we trade my husband’s, or when I’m ready to buy another, the trip to Silver Spring is definitely worth it. More
I've historically had great experience with BMW of Silver Spring. However mid October 2021 response was horrible. I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. I called the main service number who forward Spring. However mid October 2021 response was horrible. I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. I called the main service number who forwarded me to a line that nobody answered. I tried to call back and nobody answered. So I used their online request form that nobody has every responded. I called the parts department about a tire and adapter to take off the lock nuts - while he was nice he seemed very confused. Then I left a voice message with service that took over a week for my rep to call me back. In the meantime, I had to order the tire and have it replaced at another shop. Took so much time and simply wasn't a BMW-level experience. More

I’ve been a loyal customer of BMW Silver Spring for 6 years. I’ve always been satisfied with the service here until today. I’ve purchased two vehicles here and had all of my service needs taken care of h years. I’ve always been satisfied with the service here until today. I’ve purchased two vehicles here and had all of my service needs taken care of here. My current vehicle was purchased around March 2021. I decided to trade in for a newer model. I explicitly asked my sales people to ensure that I had complimentary service/maintenance packages for the new vehicle as the trade in. I walked away a fairly happy customer until today. Today I walk in to have services completed and I asked about replacing my windshield wipers which were faulty since I purchased my “certified” vehicle. I never made a fuss about it and figured I’d just simply have them replaced at my first maintenance appointment. I was told by my service advisor (new guy but very nice guy, Grant) that not only would the wipers not be covered, but that I also only had maintenance coverage from the date the vehicle was purchased by the original owner, not the date that I purchased. I was also informed that my package did not include brakes and rotors, which was included in my previous purchase. This means that I’ll be spending close to 3K when it’s time to get my brakes replaced. This was NEVER explained to me before today. Had I known that, I would have made different decisions. This is not what I thought that I was walking away with. From what I learned today, this has recently happened to other customers as well… not right!!! I feel bamboozled and deceived by BMW Silver Spring. I trusted this location and now feel that I was tricked just to get another car off of the lot. I’m angry. This is not right. This is not good customer service! It’s disappointing for a dealership that aggressively pursues customers to leave Good reviews and rates the value of their employees but ratings as well. I’ve always given these folks high remarks. I never thought I’d be in this situation. More

I have being coming to this dealership for years ((prior to them renovating to the current and modern facility they have with various BMW I have purchased. First thing comes to mind is loyalty and that is to them renovating to the current and modern facility they have with various BMW I have purchased. First thing comes to mind is loyalty and that is what keeps me coming every time I needed any type of service or repairs I had in the past. Working with Delphin was and is a pleasure; always thoughtful, prompt, responsive and a cool guy; one of the best to get me an appointment and out the door in no time. I also love the idea I get to test out one of the loaners...a way for me to plan for the next ultimate driving machine. More
