On the most recent occasion, Kevin quickly took care of a nagging issue without charge. Ian has been persistent and thorough in figuring out the cause of and then fixing problems. The service manager, Joe Diss, is also a pleasure to deal with. It’s not fun to have to take your car in for service, but they make it as pleasant and pain free as possible. More

She’s the epitome of a service professional. And John Bertrand who deals with the loaner vehicles, is equally as critical and phenomenal, in this process.
