Horacio provided EXCELLENT customer service I contacted BMW of Silver Spring to order parts for my car. I was hesitant about going into the building due to COVID-19. Horacio was VERY patient. He walked me through the process, reviewed the pictures of what I needed to order, and gave his BEST recommendation. He explained the online payment method as well and the text message payment method. Throughout the whole process, he followed up when we were disconnected to ensure clarity and completion of the task. After I completed my virtual payment method, he followed up via aphone call to confirm that the payment processed, and my parts will be delivered to my home. I APPRECIATE customer service like he demonstrated. He was nice, calming, and very clear. Encountering people like him at BMW Silver Spring is the reason why I will continue to meet my service needs at THIS particular location. THANK YOU Horacio!!!! More
Horrible Service I scheduled a service for my vehicle because the engine light came on and requested a loaner. I am coming from DC to SIlver Springs which is a 20 mile I scheduled a service for my vehicle because the engine light came on and requested a loaner. I am coming from DC to SIlver Springs which is a 20 mile drive. I arrive to drop off the vehicle and I am told there are no loaners or courtesy van. I am told I could come back in the afternoon to drop off my car because more than likely there will be loaner cars available. I am working and don’t have the luxury to take time off in the middle of the day on a whim. Not to mention that would be 80 miles put on my car for this servicing and I don’t put 80 miles on my car in a week. It doesn’t take much to call clients that there are no more loaners for the day to save everyone a headache. It would also be very easy to know how many cars are available for loan and when all of the loaners are requested, no longer allow clients to request a loaner on the website. This could have saved me 40 miles on my car and gas. Absolutely a horrible way to treat paying customers especially for a luxury vehicle such as a BMW. I will never take my car to BMW of Silver Spring for anything. More

I took my X3 in for service. My service advisor was Kristina Williams. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She was efficient and knowledgeable. I dropped off my vehicle but after returning home, became ill. I contacted Kristina and explained I would be unable to come for my car. She was so kind, gracious and understanding. She said she would arrange to have my car delivered the next morning and the loaner picked up. I was overwhelmed. No staff at any dealership has ever shown this level of compassion. This is not our first BMW but is the first purchased at Silver Spring BMW. It will not be our last. Kristina has ensured our loyalty. More
