Just a quick review to say how happy I was with my service advisor Joy Chilcoat and service manager Joe Diss. I had a run flat tire blowout after hitting a large pothole on a major highway. Scary! But service advisor Joy Chilcoat and service manager Joe Diss. I had a run flat tire blowout after hitting a large pothole on a major highway. Scary! But I made it to the dealer late that afternoon. Joy was able to check and confirm they had a replacement tire in stock. They replaced the tire and preformed a much needed alignment. Joy had my car ready for pickup the next day before the promised time. Great job Joy and Joe! Thank you for making the best of a stressful event. More

Eric Lovo was my sales associate and helped me get the perfect vehicle fit for my needs, he is readily available to answer any of my questions. He is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. My service advisor was Alex Leh and he was quick and thorough in getting my vehicle checked in and serviced. I also spent some time with Amit who is the BMW genius. He was able to configure my car features to my driving needs. Amit’s knowledge of the cars features is truly astounding. Highly recommend these 3 individuals at this dealership. More
