Eric Lovo was my sales associate and helped me get the perfect vehicle fit for my needs, he is readily available to answer any of my questions. He is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. My service advisor was Alex Leh and he was quick and thorough in getting my vehicle checked in and serviced. I also spent some time with Amit who is the BMW genius. Amit has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise in addressing various challenges I have faced with my vehicle’s features, including resolving the eSIM complications I previously encountered.
