From our first conversation through the completion of the purchase, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with our decision. At no point did we feel pressured or like we were simply another sale. She listened to what we were looking for, answered every question, and made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable.
