I have been a customer of Wagner BMW in Boylston which is now in Shrewsbury. The service is excellent. I was a certified mechanic in a past life and I think they do an excellent job. I have bought parts a now in Shrewsbury. The service is excellent. I was a certified mechanic in a past life and I think they do an excellent job. I have bought parts and purchased from them too. All positive. I took off a point for pricing as these cars are expensive...but quality is part of the bargain. I also took off a point for customer service as I don't like the phone questions after a service visit. A forum like this seems more honest and helpful. More
