Excellent service and Sales I have owned at least 14 BMW's over the past 12 years. I first dealt with Wagner when I brought my Florida car in for a peeled off hood emblem. They I have owned at least 14 BMW's over the past 12 years. I first dealt with Wagner when I brought my Florida car in for a peeled off hood emblem. They smiled and replaced it for free on the spot. That was 8 years ago. I travel with my cars between Boston and ft. Lauderdale. regardless of where my BMW has been purchased Matt, Chris and the entire Service Team have treated me, and especially my wife and daughter as friends. Because of the Service team I met sales people and Management. I have purchased several cars from Wagner and am always treated fairly and with nothing but straight talk. They do not "clock" their cars as the BIG dealer does either. /scs More

My present car is a 2006 BMW 330i sedan, sport package, manual transmission, car now has about 76k miles. I am a BMWCCA member and do some of my own repairs when time and skill allow. My service advisor is Matt Roy and he does a great job listening to your service needs and coordinating the repairs. I recently had a Service Engine Soon indicator and a very rough running engine. Called Matt the next morning and he was able to have the car serviced promptly to repair a faulty ignition coil pack. Always a pleasure to deal with Matt, fast response and great service. Wagner does provide discounts to BMWCCA members, much appreciated! More

I have worked with all of their service advisors in different respects with different needs & I am picky about who "touches" my BMW. I am pleased to say that Wagner BMW has some of the best service advisors. So much so that I have friends & family driving up on long weekends from other states to have their cars serviced at Wagner. Anyone that I have sent to Wagner BMW has agreed that they have the best/most professional team. I would highly recommend them! More

It is not fair that BMW does not train the person and allow her to accept calls. I do not believe that I was given the service I deserve. More

He is going extra mile to make sure customers will have best experience, every little things, such as staying late and arrange a rental car literally at the last minute and vehicle drop off time and pick up time. This gentleman deserves the trophy he has already won for BMW service and deserves more recognition. More

I brought my 328I into Wagner BMW for a problem with the radio. The speakers made a popping, squealing noise when the car was turned off. They were able to rectify the problem on the first visit. They were very willing to work with me regarding drop off and pick up times. Their flexibility in this regard was very helpful to me as I travel long distances for work and live out of state. When picking up the car Jared was willing to take some time to go through the repair with me and answer some questions that I had. That level of service is unheard of these days. Wagner BMW has proven to me that they are the best dealership, not just in Massachusetts, but in New England as well. More
Peter was very easy to deal with. Car was brought in to have lights shut off but the vehicle needed brakes. Peter was very upfront with me about what was needed and I enjoyed dealing with him.. only thing have lights shut off but the vehicle needed brakes.
