So much for customer service and hearing the customer out, he TOLD me either i pay for my car or they would not release it to as 1 option or the 2nd option was they put the old parts in it and I can go pick it up. I was LIED to from the beginning in this service visit and I WOULDN"T RECOMMEND this place to anyone. I will NEVER bring my vehicle there or buy a new vehicle from them, I will take my business to BMW of Sudbury instead. More

Weird set up here off Route 9 with a tiny dealership and an irregularly set up service department with 3 short bays. Service Manager addressed my need for recalibration and said it was not an easy fix and to make an appointment a week or so out? Outrageous and sent me on my way with a hand shake and smile. I've been treated better at a Honda dealership and was shocked that a so called BMW dealership would treat its customers this way. Never again will I try this place out for service or even sales if this is how they treat one of their own! More

The service technician refused to even take a quick look at my car to see if it could be topped off quickly and was safe to drive. He was extremely condescending and said my car was a ticking time-bomb, rolled his eyes, and said he could do nothing unless I paid him hundreds of dollars for a diagnostic fee and he made no effort to try to help when I let him know I was driving from a long distance away. No effort was made to help in this emergency and he would not even tell me if the car was safe to drive. I have always serviced my car at the dealership in my local area and have never been treated in such a condescending, dismissive, and belittling manner. I would expect more from a luxury car dealership, especially with how much their service fees are. I would recommend staying as far away from Wagner BMW as you possibly can!! More

Had the car towed in fall of 2016 following belt broke. Was then informed needed new water pump, had it completed then they replaced the belt and test drove it and found issue with power steering pump, recommended it get replaced all for about 3K. Didn't sound or feel right had car towed out of there without the belt or power steering pump at a cost of 1K. It is now spring of 2017, just had car repaired at repair shop I heard about on radio that has a lot experience with BMW's. Just informed do not need new water pump, it was left loose, new belt put on and total bill was $ 191. Instinct paid off. Would not recommend Wagner for anything. THEY NEED TO CLEAN UP THEIR ACT AND BE HONEST IT WILL GET YOU MORE BUSINESS !!! More

Do not service your car at bmw or mercedes Both service departments are $300 to $400 more per repairs. When the advisors are too busy for u they are disrepectful. Excellent service and Sales I have owned at least 14 BMW's over the past 12 years. I first dealt with Wagner when I brought my Florida car in for a peeled off hood emblem. They I have owned at least 14 BMW's over the past 12 years. I first dealt with Wagner when I brought my Florida car in for a peeled off hood emblem. They smiled and replaced it for free on the spot. That was 8 years ago. I travel with my cars between Boston and ft. Lauderdale. regardless of where my BMW has been purchased Matt, Chris and the entire Service Team have treated me, and especially my wife and daughter as friends. Because of the Service team I met sales people and Management. I have purchased several cars from Wagner and am always treated fairly and with nothing but straight talk. They do not "clock" their cars as the BIG dealer does either. /scs More
