Sam was great but the dealership as a whole should step up their game. At Audi, they treat you like you matter to them. I had to wait 25 minutes to speak to The gentleman in charge of getting my car checke up their game. At Audi, they treat you like you matter to them. I had to wait 25 minutes to speak to The gentleman in charge of getting my car checked in for service. Nobody offered for me to sit down. Nobody offered me a drink. At Audi they do all of that and when you get a loaner car, not only do they bring it to you, they open the door for you and treat you like, you matter. For car dealership selling high-end cars you would think that they would treat their customers more on the high end. Sam was terrific, however. Very respectful and very honest about everything. More
