They charge top dollar, but then give an overall thoughtless assessment. Specifically they simply recommend replacing every part possible, even with minimal to no real reasoning. For example, they wanted to replace every hose that had any crusted fluid anywhere, even though the pressure testing showed no leaking. So they were looking for thousands of dollars to do this, based on ‘it must have had some issue to explain the crusted fluid’ even though they noted no active leaking at all. So basically it seems their approach is replace everything possible, as opposed to thoughtfully figuring out what is actually needed. A VERY DISAPPOINTING experience. More

Just a quick " GREAT EXPERIANCE" - Job well done ! I have been doing business with Now Named BMW of Shrewsbury, The McGovern Auto Group formerly Wagner. My service Advisor Matt Roy has been with both I have been doing business with Now Named BMW of Shrewsbury, The McGovern Auto Group formerly Wagner. My service Advisor Matt Roy has been with both groups for many many years and has ALWAYS Treated us Fairly, Explains everything in Detail on any issue with the vehicles I bring in for service. Matt goes that extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly and assists on any issues I have had. He is my go to Service Advisor and has been for all the years I have been purchasing BMW's. THANK YOU MATT, Your Help has always been Most appreciated. Also, since I am not one to post, I want to also take this opportunity to Recognize and call out Rob Picerno the General Sales Manager. He has been a tremendous help with selecting and walking us through the ever changing world of BMW vehicles. He has a Great demeanor with no typical pressure tactics. If any problem should arise, he is there for you. Thank you Rob for all that you do. One final call out to Paul Andrade. He is the Finance Manager. Most of us purchasing vehicles hate or dread this part. Not with Paul. Request him and you will not regret doing so. He walks you through all the paperwork and actually explains in detail what you need to know. Helps you through this tedious process. Thank you Paul. To the McGovern Auto Group - These three Guy's are the reason why I have been a faithful customer for a very long time. You have a GREAT TEAM with them. That's hard to come by these days. The only complaint worth mentioning - What happened to the In house car wash !! That was a service that really made the difference. Was it really necessary to eliminate that. It does make a difference. We the consumer do appreciate after spending a decent amount of money on service to walk out into a clean vehicle really sets a dealer apart. Sure, you throw in a car wash coupon once in a while, which is appreciated, but that's a bit of an inconvenience. Wagner had the unit and it was a NICE TOUCH, you all took that out almost immediately when you took over. Just my opinion..... Miss that service Golden Touch. Thank you! Brian More
