I had to change my passenger rear tire due to a flat tire. It took them 2 and a half hours to do that. Unacceptable. Simple as that. The employees were chatting all the time. I could see them through t tire. It took them 2 and a half hours to do that. Unacceptable. Simple as that. The employees were chatting all the time. I could see them through the glass. Thank god they do not tolerate things like that in New York. Unacceptable. 2.5 hours to change 1 tire!!! Wow More

It was a quick state inspection. I didn't have an appointment but they got it done fast. As always Matt Roy went above and beyond to get me in and out. Alan the tech who did the sticker put the sticker on straight and was thorough to make sure my car was safe to drive on the lovely unsafe roads we have here in massachusetts.
