Sunday, January 31, 2016, bmw salesman made us walk all the way back of the dealership instead of bringing the car while it was raining extremely strong, he did not even bother to open the door that we can sit inside. He expected us to buy over $70,000 car without even sitting inside and telling us that he only has an umbrella for himself. We left this ridiculous place and went to Mercedes. What a difference! Salesman had more manners, he was talking about the car, not about himself. He brought 2 cars, same trim different interiors. We drove the car and purchased the car in same day. Quality wins and it is definitely not the bmw, sherman oaks dealership. More

Service manager Shaun and his assistant Dennis is so unproffesional and were very rude. I would like to see if I can complain to management. They need to understand that after 3 times of bringing the car and also paying a lot for it, having more repairs is not acceptable. More
i had my 328i seervice for oil change Last Oct 12, I brought my 07 328i to this service center for an oil change, my service advisor was friendly and she been nice to me. this is my 3rd ti Last Oct 12, I brought my 07 328i to this service center for an oil change, my service advisor was friendly and she been nice to me. this is my 3rd time to be in this service center. She told me some recommendations that may need to be done but I told her I am just fine with an oil change since my service warning light is on when I turn my ignition. So she told me about the need for a check up which would cost around $167.00 I told her again I would like an oil change this time. . After about an hour and a half my car was ready and I paid $85 for the service..Together with my receipt were the papers that tells the service findings and recommendations like, oil housing gasket need to be change, front tires need to be change and many others. I told my service advisor I will do that later. On my way home I noticed that my service warning light still on, I was annoyed by that so I called my advisor and told her what need to be done to have that warning light off. She told me I had to have that check up shes telling me earlier. I asked her what are the things to be done in that check up. She enumerated several like they will check my battery, electrical system, wiper, etc. and I asked her and my service light will be off. she said yes. So I have no choice but to have the check up. After about just half an hour my car was ready I paid the $167.00 fee for the check up only to find the result of the check up together with my receipt was " The same recommendation earlier" What? I paid $167 just to be told of the same findings and recommendation earlier. I just keep my silence but I know it was a plain robbery. I would pass this to my friends and tell them my experience in this service center and I will go back and have my future service to my former service center. More

Excellent service, super friendly and professional staff I only have two words, Andre Asheghian I have visited many BMW service centers in my time owning BMW's for the past 12 years and nothing compares t I only have two words, Andre Asheghian I have visited many BMW service centers in my time owning BMW's for the past 12 years and nothing compares to the quality of service and care that I have received at Center BMW. I attribute this to Andre Asheghian who is a phenomenal service advisor. Also Sean Clemens (service manager) who has been very helpful and understanding. I brought in my car because I had an issue with the sunroof and needed to get it fixed fast. I knew I was in good hands when he took initiative to assist me. Andre provided daily updates on the status of my vehicle throughout the maintenance process. I was provided a loaner car and that process was painless as well. My car was fixed, washed and ready the next day. Overall this was a pleasant experience and I will be returning to Center BMW next time my car needs to be serviced. I also would recommend Center BMW to friends and family. . More

Stay away from this dealership. I entered the dealership ready to lease a new car. The salesman Conrad was extremely impatient and borderline rude. When he called the sales manager to talk to me, he gave him the wrong information and the sales manager attitude was flat out insulting. There are many other BMW dealerships. Stay away from this one, especially from Conrad Allan. More

Best Car Salesman I've EVER dealt with! Al Herbst is hands down the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He didn't pressure us at all, got us a great price, and was a Al Herbst is hands down the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He didn't pressure us at all, got us a great price, and was an all around good guy. We actually left another BMW dealership because we didn't like the sales guy as much as we liked Al.
