Unexpectedly, I had to wait for a small inheritance to be distributed before I could buy my X1, and this was after I signed all the paper work to buy it. John was so kind and patient, understanding the situation I was in. He didn't bug or hassle me. He didn't play me to make the sale. I felt safe and understood, and never had the impression that his commission was all that mattered. In addition, John has great communication and people skills. I don't really know much of anything about cars, and he explained every detail of the car in a way that was easy for even me to understand. That meant a lot to me, as I'm often embarrassed by my ignorance of all things related to cars and computers. In conclusion, I am very pleased to have met John, and I now consider him a friend. And I'm a very happy customer. Thank you to John for being a solid, kind and honest man. More
