You can tell that a lot of people had bad reviews with there encounter with them here in yelp and other websites. They do not honor their services that they preform on. I had my car repaired here with my CPO warranty for oil leaks. Later on, there was a noise coming out from the engine. So I went to another dealer knowing I still have warranty on my car, The Technician from another dealer found out that a missing bolt was missing and 2 other bolts were broken from the power steering pump and made a crack in my oil pan from the previous job they did. When I came back to Center BMW They agreed to fix it (knowing it was their fault) but they will be just welding the oil pan and say its okay. When I asked for the refund of my $189 for inspection fee they said that they will not refund my inspection fee because the General Manager Shawn said that, I didn't go to their shop for the inspection. so I replied and told him that I still have warranty for my car and I can go to any BMW shop. And If the damage is covered i would've paid the warranty deductible. But the damage of that noise was from their previous job. So, I asked why do I have to pay for your mistake. . The cause for that noise was due was from the previous job they done to my car. But, Still he will not refund my money instead they got my oil pan serviced by welding the crack and modifying to make things to make it work. If you break something, you should replace it. If it were his car I bet he would probably be as mad as I am. So please don't support this dealer with a shady General Manager that cant honor the work of their service. What happened to your motto "Customer Service that is Centered on you" ZERO stars for this dealer! More

Why can't car buying always be like this? On our way home from Volvo Santa Monica we unexpectedly decided to stop by the BMW dealership near our house. With our kids asleep in the car I went On our way home from Volvo Santa Monica we unexpectedly decided to stop by the BMW dealership near our house. With our kids asleep in the car I went in to take a quick look at the X3 and ran into John. My guard is always up when I meet someone from the sales team but John's demeanor made this a different experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and I didn't feel that high pressure "salesmanship" that makes me runaway hating the whole car buying experience. He took the time to walk me through the car and all its features versus trying to "sell" me a car I didn't want. We ultimately went on a test drive where he listened to what I was looking for and gave me options on how best to move forward. He then followed up without a barrage of emails and calls (unlike the other dealerships) and instead respected my request to be contacted by text. Later after I presented him with a deal I found at another dealership, he worked hard to beat their offer and worked around the clock to find the exact car I was looking for. We ended up buying the car from John thrilled with the excellent service and attention we received. This chance encounter caused us to break with Volvo after 10 years. We're thrilled with our new BMW and we consider John to be a friend. Thank you! More
