I took my 2018 BMW for service on April 16th. Head was my advisor. I arrived and was greeted by the car service tech who took my car. I loved how Heidi went over the cars needed upcoming maintenance. No pressure - just honesty. needed up purchasing two bak tired (cheaper then at other locations) and came back the next day to have them switched out. Heidi was professional,, honest and attentive. Not to mention their new sophisticated coffee machine, water bottles and the opportunity to look at the new cars in their showroom while you waited for your car. showed out to travis from leasing who stopped by to educate me on leasing options in case I was interested in the future! I called to make an appointment for my service and my appointment was made quickly over the phone. When i arrived Jesse ( jesus) greeted me very happy and welcoming .
