BMW of Sarasota - Service Center

I recently called the service department and spoke with Paul Schafer regarding a defective leather dash on my 2018 X5d. Paul was great, he knew exactly how to resolve the issue. I was told the dash would need to be replaced and my warranty would take care of the cost. The part was ordered and I received a call as soon as it arrived. Since it was going to take a couple of days to install the new dash, Paul made sure a loaner vehicle was available. The installation was a success and I was back in my truck within 2 days as estimated! This high quality service is what I have come to expect from BMW and it is why I am on my 11th vehicle! More

I love their whole process of being able to schedule an appointment online, check in and pay online. The staff there are all very friendly especially Paul, he really takes ownership of handling the visit f appointment online, check in and pay online.
