The service advisor expressed no knowledge of how a 2002 M3 major service including valve adjustment would be done. He made me feel that the incorrect or incomplete service eould be provided by BMW of Sara M3 major service including valve adjustment would be done. He made me feel that the incorrect or incomplete service eould be provided by BMW of Sarasota. Also A $140 charge for a pair of wiper blades was outrageous. The replacement blades are available for less than $30 and take less than 5 minutes to snap on. More

Oil and air filter change. ✅ vacuuming … not so much. After I complained they went back and did just the front and back seats, not the far back. Please complete the full job next time.
