BMW of Sarasota - Service Center

Professional , courteous, timely, clean. My only complaint is that the car was not cleaned before returning to me. complaint is that the car was not cleaned before returning to me. More

Normally, I have exceptional service at this dealership however this time that didn't happen. The car stayed at the entry point for twenty minutes with the reason given for the slow departure to the servi however this time that didn't happen. The car stayed at the entry point for twenty minutes with the reason given for the slow departure to the service area was the computers were booting up slowly. An hour and thirty minutes later the service rep came and said the car would be ready shortly. I was then advised the car was being washed and to meet him at his office. I waited almost ten minutes before he arrived. Went to get car and was advised the car wash was broke and sorry it didn't get cleaned. Then I got in and started to drive away to find the mirrors were way off, navigation system modified and radio on a weird station. I pulled over and spent the next five or so minutes getting the car back to almost how it was when I brought it in. Reviewing the service video they sent, you couldn't tell anything based on how fast the operator was moving. Long story short, I will continue to have my cars serviced here but the BMW image was not there today. Maybe next time. I did have a nice chat with Susan (representative who sold me my BMW). The service rep is not listed for me to provide a rating for. More
