was there for 2 1/2 hours for a 9:00 AM oil change. no one ever updated me as to why it was taking so long. Not until 2 hours later when I inquired was I told it was back being worked on and it wo no one ever updated me as to why it was taking so long. The repair was timely and I was provided loaner transportation while the repair was being made. I am a fairly regular customer; I was made to feel that I mattered as a customer, instead of a source of revenue. My service appointments have been satisfactory or better. And management personnel like Mr. Chong make dreaded repairs and servicing a tolerable experience. More
