The people at BMW Sarasota responded quickly and effectively to an emergency need to get our BMW X5 back on the road. The passenger rear Flat Run Tire was puncture by hollow piece of pipe which def effectively to an emergency need to get our BMW X5 back on the road. The passenger rear Flat Run Tire was puncture by hollow piece of pipe which deflated the FRT down to zero pressure very quickly. The car could not proceed to BMW. The car had to be towed to BMW for a new tire replacement, which they had in stock, was done within a reasonable time. We got back on the road! More

Very prompt and courteous , we had some sealer come off our side mirrors and they had the mirrors reseated and car ready for pick up same day. We are very happy with Sarasota BMW.
