Having to wait 1. 5 hrs to be checked in. Only to be told after another hour they could not fix wipers. Our daughter was traveling back to school the next day and need 5 hrs to be checked in. The service is good but rather slow. The time lapse from scheduled drop off to the video explaining the inspection is long.
