Overall experience was good, especially once I was able to speak with my service rep Josh. The young lady at the check-in kiosk wasn't particularly friendly but she may have been distracted with some issue to speak with my service rep Josh. I also thought the 20 minute wait inside before speaking to anyone was a bit long.
