Overall, I was pleased that this car could be fixed, given its age (2006). The part took several weeks to come in. I was happy with my service advisor, who kept in touch. Had an appointment for 3 PM and waited 2. 5 hours for an oil change. Service advisor said the cabin air filter would be changed and as far as I see on the papers and video, it was not changed. 5 hours for an oil change. I adored my BMW x3-m40i BUT two years of BMW service took the joy out of it. Two hours for an oil change after 1/2 hours waiting to be ‘checked in.’ You check in outside then again inside.
