With our car now out of warrantee, I was sceptical about doing the work at BMW of Sarasota due to cost, but I am convinced they saved us $ in the end. Identified issues with outr battery before they coup doing the work at BMW of Sarasota due to cost, but I am convinced they saved us $ in the end. Identified issues with outr battery before they coupd cause us problems, then worked with us on a competitive price to do the work.. replaced brakes pads to clear warning j message but did only the required work - front rotors were need, which saved us a lot of money. Carlos is very trustworthy and dependable. Would highly recommend. More

Overall, I was pleased that this car could be fixed, given its age (2006). The part took several weeks to come in. I was happy with my service advisor, who kept in touch. Had an appointment for 3 PM and waited 2. 5 hours for an oil change. Service advisor said the cabin air filter would be changed and as far as I see on the papers and video, it was not changed. 5 hours for an oil change.
