The service was impeccable. I was allowed to get a Lyft service from The dealership at their cost. This was very helpful that I didn’t have to sit in the waiting area. This was a nightmare experience front to back. The online scheduler does not work correctly. The team lost my appt and left me waiting in the lobby for 40 mins after check in. I requested a loaner only to be taken to a rental company and given a trash vehicle. I ended up leaving and taking my car. Only because the closest bmw dealership is far away I came back for my servicing. This time, I left my car and got a ride. When I got my car back, it was filthy and had bird xxxx all over it. I’ve never had this happen in my life from any dealership servicing my cars in 20 years. They always get washed. The guy helping me was nice but with all the issues, it’s hard to just give a review on your service managers personality. This whole operation needs an overhaul. More
