Carlos is courteous, thorough and responsive, and I plan to use him as my service advisor going forward. I have not been happy with my previous service here, so while I highly recommend Carlos, I’m not yet to use him as my service advisor going forward. I had a new battery installed, oil change, and brake fluid flush. $49.00 charge for for shop supplies. Come on! Did I also buy lunch for the staff? I realize services come with a cost. But offer reasonable pricing. You may not be the only BMW dealer in town forever… More

The dealership was great including the service writer. Unfortunately because they couldn't find anything wrong with the faults that displayed on the dash, BMW did not want to assist and made up some non b Unfortunately because they couldn't find anything wrong with the faults that displayed on the dash, BMW did not want to assist and made up some non believable reasons for the vehicles issues. Due to these actions from the manufacturer we really find it hard for us to want to purchase another BMW in the future. More
