This is the 2nd time we have worked with Brooke Beaudin as our Service Advisor and we have been very pleased. On both occasions Brooke has been very responsive and accommodating. I was stuck with a 6pm nail in the tire while on vacation. The car walls taken in 1 minute before closing, I was called by 9am and on the road with a new tire and a washed X5 again by noon.
