I have been a customer of BMW of Sarasota for 3 years and the service I've received from Derek Thomas has been nothing short of Excellent. Derek expresses to you what might be needed with regard to servicing the service I've received from Derek Thomas has been nothing short of Excellent. Derek expresses to you what might be needed with regard to servicing your car without being pushy. No one wants to spend a day at the dealership getting their car serviced, and Derek has been so helpful with either getting me in and out quickly or helping me obtain a loaner for the day. On this visit I needed a few different things done: New tires, window tinting and detailing the whole car. I was going to be away for a few days so he made it convenient for me to both drop off and pick up my car at my convenience so I wasn't sitting in traffic on 75 trying to get there before the dealership closed. He is professional, courteous and above all, a gentleman. In the unfortunate time of many employees no longer giving excellent service, he stands apart and BMW of Sarasota is lucky to have him. More

Carlos is great. He quickly scheduled the service to address a potential coolant leak. He provided a loaner car so I could continue working. The leak turned out to be oil from a defective o ring on the oil filter. Carlos had the repairs completed the next day and at no charge due to the filter being replaced in the last few weeks. The service technician also found the battery weak and replaced the battery. This saved me from having a dead battery on the road , getting towed and another service trip. Great job. More

I called on short notice to let Nick know AAA was bringing her Mini in with a damaged tire from debris on interstate 75. road with in a couple hours.
