If there was another BMW service center I would try. Waiting 2:20 minutes for oil change and quick recall bolts on back. Josh was nice and helpful. Love the snacks and beverage selection plus. My little town mechanic back north who works on BMW out of warranty is far superior and less time . More

Very poor communication, had to chase down the service advisor. Repairs are suspect and we still an issue they said they fixed. Damaged the car.
