I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday for two recalls and look at the automatic oil measuring system due to it not working. It took a week for the car to be ready, During that time, I spoke with Derek on look at the automatic oil measuring system due to it not working. It took a week for the car to be ready, During that time, I spoke with Derek on at least three different occasions, each time reminding him about the oil system being offline. When I received a text from Maria, that my vehicle was ready. I inquired if the oil situation was addressed. She replied she didn’t know and would check with Derek. When I picked up my car and the oil system was still offline. To the point I had to make a second service appointment this week to evaluate the oil system. More
