The facility was very crowded and could have been more comfortable. We were there for a recall but did not learn the car would be kept overnight until the technician on-site told us. A Nissan was provid comfortable. We were there for a recall but did not learn the car would be kept overnight until the technician on-site told us. A Nissan was provided from Hertz but the Hertz service rep provided no orientation to the car — we were on our own. Our BMW service rep seemed to do his best to keep things moving and the car was ready when he said it would be. More

Given appointment for service next day, but , never received cost estimate prior to oil change or brake pad installation. Add on of two new tires and new wheel bolts meant that my car was in the shop f received cost estimate prior to oil change or brake pad installation.
