A pleasure to work with Carlos and his team I have been using Sarasota BMW for 18 maths now and everyone I ask for Carlos . He is very effecient , I was in for oil change and a shimmy but was in I have been using Sarasota BMW for 18 maths now and everyone I ask for Carlos . He is very effecient , I was in for oil change and a shimmy but was in and out fast. Price was reasonable for tire rotation. They also did wash and vacuum my car . Only suggestion is after the rotation if my tires they should have recheck my air . As the tires have one in front and one in back at 38 and the other two at 35 . Thanks Carlos More

Terrible customer service From the minute I drove up, the entire experience was awful. You are directed to drive up and just sit and wait in your car by the signage. There was From the minute I drove up, the entire experience was awful. You are directed to drive up and just sit and wait in your car by the signage. There was not a person available in sight. I sat there for a minute and then thought I should get out and go find a desk or something but a man came out and scolded me and told me that I had to wait in my car. I waited for several more minutes and then he asked me why I was there. Well, when I told him I had an appointment for service, he seemed surprised. It was odd. Then I was allowed to drive my car forward and get out and go wait at another desk where there was also no sense of urgency. Finally I was shuttled over to my rep's office, Derek. He told me he would call me in an hour with a diagnosis. I did not ever hear from him. Five hours later, I called back and did not receive even a hint of an apology. The services ended up taking 2 days and cost over $2400 and after complaining, I was offered a complimentary oil change and I did finally get an apology but the service department is run so poorly that I definitely do not want to return. More

The next morning, I received two texts from Seth, telling me that my brake fluid needed to be done and what the cost would be, and the cost of the broken cup holder. Since I didn't hear anything else for a couple of hours, I called Seth and asked him what, if anything, the warranty would cover. He told me that the warranty didn't cover any of the service and that the car should be ready for me by 5 pm. I never heard from Seth again, but showed up at the dealership at 5:45 pm to pick up my car. Seth was not there, nobody knew what was going on and the paperwork was missing. It took several people half an hour to locate the paperwork and check me out. It was not the top notch service I've come to expect from your dealership. More
