I have been going to BMW of Sarasota for 22 years now and have consistently used only 4 service representatives. It is very important for me to have confidence in the service representatives I work with so t have consistently used only 4 service representatives. It is very important for me to have confidence in the service representatives I work with so that I can have peace of mind when dealing with the complicated decisions making involved in BMW maintenance and repair. I have been working with Carlos Munoz for 5 or 6 years now and depend on him for critical decisions regarding not only repairing my car and maintaining it, but also the best decisions regarding pricing and the long term vitality of the car. Since I have very little technical knowledge it is very important to work with someone I can vibe with and trust. More
